Psychiatric Patient Care & Medication Management

Experienced care providers and individualized treatment.

Three Shores Health Care is developing psychiatric services designed around thoughtful assessment, evidence-informed treatment, and meaningful collaboration with patients.

Our clinicians bring experience across a wide range of behavioral-health settings and patient populations, including complex psychiatric care, trauma-focused treatment, telepsychiatry, and interventional behavioral health.

Our Clinical Philosophy

We believe psychiatric care should begin with understanding the person—not simply identifying symptoms and selecting a medication.

Assessment should consider the broader clinical picture, including psychiatric history, medical factors, previous treatment, trauma and life experiences when relevant, current symptoms, individual goals, and patient preferences.

Treatment recommendations should emerge from that understanding.

Psychiatric Services

Three Shores is expanding its direct clinical practice. Available services may include:

·      Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation

·      Diagnostic assessment

·      Medication evaluation and management

·      Psychiatric follow-up

·      Trauma-informed psychiatric care

·      Tele-psychiatry

·      Treatment consultation and second opinions

·      Evaluation related to interventional psychiatric treatments

·      Measurement-based care and outcome monitoring

·      Coordination with therapists, physicians, and other members of the treatment team

Availability of specific services varies according to clinician availability, patient location, and clinical need.

Tele-psychiatry

Our clinicians have extensive experience providing psychiatric care through tele-health across multiple states.

Tele-psychiatry can make high-quality psychiatric expertise more accessible while allowing many patients to receive care in a familiar and convenient environment.

Specific state availability will continue to expand as the demand grows.

Measurement-Informed Care

Symptoms matter.

So does whether treatment is actually helping.

When appropriate, Three Shores incorporates validated clinical measures alongside the patient’s own experience
and the clinician’s assessment to evaluate symptoms, treatment response, and progress over time.

Measures never replace the clinical relationship.

They give us another way to understand it.
