Karen DeCocker, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Karen DeCocker is a doctorally prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and healthcare leader with experience spanning direct patient care, clinical education, behavioral-health program development, multi-state clinical operations, and executive leadership.

Her clinical background includes psychiatric care, trauma-focused treatment, interventional psychiatry, women’s health, community healthcare, and care of complex and underserved patient populations.

As a healthcare executive, Karen has led multidisciplinary clinical teams and multi-site behavioral-health operations, developed clinical programs and standards, supported provider education, and helped translate innovative treatments into safe, patient-centered clinical care.

She founded Three Shores Health Care to build a clinician-led organization where thoughtful innovation, excellent clinical care, strong operations, and respect for the individual patient can co-exist.

Three Shores was developed in collaboration with experienced psychiatric nurse practitioners with decades of shared experience providing behavioral-health and tele-psychiatric care.

Our clinicians maintain multi-state licensure and bring complementary experience across outpatient, acute and complex psychiatry, trauma-focused care, interventional behavioral health, and clinical operations.
